Double Up for Parry.

Steve Parry continued his love for Links golf by winning for the second time this year at a breezy Conwy.
Level par through eight holes he caught fire around the turn with an eagle at nine and a birdie at ten to post 3 under past the clubhouse.
The last 3 holes were taking their toll on the majority of the field.
A further birdie at the par five 14th and par at 15 put Steve 4 under on the 16th tee.
He showed his class by parring the last 3 holes to return a 68 and top the leaderboard from Sheffields Gareth Davies.
Gareth led for most of the day with his 70 helped by birdieing the last and as the weather turned colder this looked like taking the spoils.
Sam Connor from Alsager came close with a 69 to finish second on his own and move to the top of The True Temper Order of Merit.
Marcus Armitage had a career up and down at the last from over the back to finish 4th and Former Ryder Cup player Paul Broadhurst shot 72.
The overall comments from the players were that they couldn`t believe how good a golf course Conwy is. The last four holes have to the toughest anywhere in World golf and the scores proved it.
David Lomax won the Amateur section with a very good score of 76 and wins the shaft fitting of a project X driver shaft at Tour X golf courtesy of True Temper.
Richard Masters shot 75 to tie with Paul Wesselingh in the seniors section.
Handing his card in Paul simply said,  I love this place and how good is this golf course. Perfect words to sum up Conwy as a venue.
Next up is Sandiway which is one of Cheshires finest courses carved through the forests of Delamere.
